He’s appeared on Irish television as well as American TV appearances on John Oliver’s New York Standup Show and his own Comedy Central Half-Hour special, and he tours extensively around the world. Liam McEneaney talks to him about the history of the Irish comedy scene, why the Edinburgh Festival Fringe is important, how Eddie Izzard got turned away for a spot at a comedy club, and how you can contact David to ask him how to fix your bike.
